My Writing
For how many worlds I've built, you would think that I don't live on Earth anymore...

From One Side

This was the second novel I ever attempted. It was definitely too long (143 pages) but I had an amazing time writing it. I learned a lot about character design and setting.

Book2

This book follows the story of Vesper, a girl living on an advanced Earth where genetic editing is the norm. She is chosen, along with a wave of other teens, to attend a new academy that is secretly teaching them the art of war, in hopes of building a super-powered army.

The Ivory Killer

This novel was created over quarantine. I used it to practice my descriptive skills and advanced plot building techniques. Although I never finished it, it reached nearly 30 chapters in length and was a platform for many of my other story ideas.

Book1

This story follows Aron, a recently orphaned teen, and Merhedith, a member of a secret, magical, humanoid species going into extinction. When Aron is not only cursed with magical powers, but blackmailed by the king of his country to become an assassin, he happens to meet Merhedith where they combine forces to save the kingdom.

The Hole in the Sky

This is my most recent, and favorite, project I've worked on. It was very planning-intensive and I spent a lot of time designing the plot and the setting. This concept was sparked by my AP Environmental Science class and inspired me to write an environmental-dystopian novel.

Book3

This novel follows Markus who lives in a Chicago-esque setting where the people have only known grey skies. After a series of devastating events, involving him not only seeing a glimpse of the true, blue sky, but the arresting of his father, he meets with a special organization his father used to be a part of. This group dedicates their time and skills to proving the existence of a world outside of East Sydeso, which they will eventually discover. Book two will follow the groups adventures meeting the people outside of the city and planning a way to reintroduce the world to nature.
